		<description>I&#039;m not a web designer, I&#039;m just your regular (and random) ASP.NET C# / PHP  developer, and I still use a lot tables for layouts. Having said that, I&#039;m now in the &quot;transition&quot; phase they comment on the interview, and I agree with Chris: if you want to learn, get your hands on the dirt. What I&#039;ve been doing, is developing a Joomla template with CSS only. Changing things here and there and then seeing the results. I&#039;m still have a way to go, but as Richard Feynman said: &quot;Until you practice it, you know nothing.&quot;</description>
